Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us at +91 6374377867 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM) or email us at darknature728@gmail.com to request a cancellation. If you successfully cancel your order, you will receive a refund in the form of as the original payment (e.g., net banking, e-wallets). The refund will be processed after cancellation confirmation.

If you have any issues with your order, including missing items, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at darknature728@gmail.com. Include the following information in your email:
- Your name and order number
- Details of the items with issues
- Photos of the package (if applicable, such as melted or missing items)
Return and Refund Policy
As we deal with perishable products, we do not offer exchanges. However, we want to ensure that you receive the right products in excellent condition.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can register your complaint by emailing us at darknature728@gmail.com or calling +91 6374377867 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM). Please include videos or images of the product you received.
- Return Eligibility: Complaints received beyond 24 hours of receipt will not be eligible for return or refund, as it will be considered forfeited.
If your complaint is found to be valid, you will receive a complete refund, which will be processed within 5-7 days after the product has been picked up from you. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging (box/carton/wrappers/pouch), as returns without complete packaging may not be accepted.
Liability
Please note that once the product is delivered to you, Dark Nature is not liable for any damages that may occur afterward.
Refund Processing
All refund requests will be subject to verification. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment (e.g., net banking, e-wallets) and may take a minimum of 5-7 days to reflect in your account.

Delivery Issues
Dark Nature is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries in the following situations:
- Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by you.
- Recipient being away or unavailable at the time of delivery.
If shipments need to be returned or redirected due to incorrect addresses, additional charges for reshipping and/or relabeling may apply.
Important Notes
- Packaging: All our chocolates are shipped with an ice pack to maintain their quality during transit. The ice pack is not edible and is sealed in a white cover.
- Shipping Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details, including phone number and address. Orders will not be processed if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
- Delivery Delays: If you experience delayed delivery, please contact us. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Minimum Order Quantity: Our minimum order is 4 chocolates. Orders placed below this quantity due to technical issues will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Changes to Orders: Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. Refunds will not be granted for address changes after dispatch.
- Refunds for Melted Chocolates: Please note that melted chocolates do not qualify for refunds, as they are safe to consume. We recommend refrigerating them (not freezing) before consumption.
- Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our products, once chocolates are received, they cannot be returned. Refunds are only applicable for missing items. If you wish to return chocolates for any other reason, they must be sent back within 24 hours of delivery.
- Communication: We aim to respond to emails and messages within 24-48 hours. Please understand that we may not respond to all inquiries.
- Taste Preferences: Returns based on taste are not accepted, as taste is subjective.
- Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including rude behavior, suspected fake orders, or serviceable area issues. Refunds will be issued for all canceled orders.
- Recipe Changes: As our chocolates are handmade, we may change recipes based on ingredient availability and climate. Nutritional information may also be updated accordingly.
- Property of Dark Nature: Once a refund is processed, the chocolates are considered the property of Dark Nature. Any consumption or opening of chocolates after a refund will be regarded as a breach of property rights.
- Visual Differences: Images on our website are for reference only. Actual products may differ in appearance during transit due to the absence of preservatives, but this does not affect taste.
